Posts from the road as Dave (Chemo-sabi) and Tom (Tomto) meander around north america on their trusty iron steeds.
looking through these generators this would be good to use because it saves the use of paper and grading can be done more efficiently. I think I may try to use this and then take my class to the computer lab to complete the quiz.
ReplyDeleteMy students are too young to be able to read and navigate through an online quiz like the ones mentioned, but I could see using the survey to communicate with parents. Happy parents equate to happy students and to positive reinforcement of classroom teaching at home. I could use the survey to see what parents see as important for the growth of their children. Another online survey, which is free to use, is www.surveymonkey.com. Survey Monkey provides anonymous survey results and quick and easy survey creation. After creating the survey, just email the link to people who need to complete the survey. Their answers are compiled in an easy to use format.
ReplyDeleteThis is really cool. I don't know why it surprised me that there was something like this to make our lives as teachers easier online, and for free! I'll bet I could even use it with my reading students even though they are young. I could see this really working for many of my colleagues too.
